YRO Assessment

Built by the Oregon Education Association · not an NEA tool · wording is NEA's

Built by the Oregon Education Association's data lead for NEA Data Leads Day, November 2026. Not an NEA tool. The strategy wording is NEA's, condensed: the Local Affiliate Self-Assessment (January 2026) and the state wording on NEA's Field Strategies page. Report types and field names as they appear in NEA360, October 2026.
